We only take appointments online for NEW patients, to reschedule, please contact through Doctena.
How long does it take to receive my refund
If case your RIZIV/ INAMI certificate has been transmitted manually, it will take 14 days. If it was transmitted electronically it will take 48 hours.

What if i have to cancel my appointment less than 24 hours in advance?
Contact the practice through Doctena as soon as possible. You can cancel 24 hours in advance, in that case no additional costs may be charged.

What should I do in case of emergency? If it is a weekend or a public holiday contact the emergency service on duty, from 9 a.m to 6 p.m. Wachtdienst
What methods of payment are accepted?
Debit and credit cards except American Express / Visa. Cash payments are possible up to the legal maximum of €3000. Payment by bank transfer only acceptable with the previous authorization of the clinic.
